An issue is currently extant with Intel’s 13th/14th generation CPUs. Faults with the microcode and erroneous voltage requests to the CPU are leading to increased operating voltages and reduced stability
Intel is currently validating a microcode patch to fix this issue and the patch’s ETA is mid-August
The microcode patch will not repair or reverse the damage that is already done to the affected CPUs. If your CPU is rendered unstable due to the excess operating voltage, RMA it. Currently, the solution is to undervolt the CPU by limiting the maximum voltage it can receive in the BIOS settings

RMA stands for Return Materials Authorization
